An audience with John Williams MBE, Executive Chef, The Ritz - don’t miss Arena’s new event

On the evening of Wednesday 8 January, the world-famous Ritz hotel will play host to a new exclusive Arena event – An Audience with John Williams MBE, Executive Chef, The Ritz. John Williams MBE, who oversees a brigade of over 60 chefs at the iconic hotel, will give a fascinating post-dinner address that will give an insight into the outstanding food and beverage operation at The Ritz and his opinion on key industry issues, including recruitment and development, the chef shortage and the importance of education and training.
John is passionate about nurturing talent and works tirelessly to promote the education and training of young chefs. He is a longstanding member of The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and was appointed its Executive Chairman in 2004. He is also the Committee Chairman for the Academy’s Annual Awards of Excellence.
In addition, John is a member of the Adopt a School Committee, a scheme driven by The Prince of Wales aimed to introduce children to the five senses through food tasting across 10,000 schools throughout the UK.
Guests at the unique event will also have the opportunity to experience the exceptional hospitality and surroundings of The Ritz during a champagne drinks reception and delicious three-course meal with wine.
